Talent Management
Starting at 10% of total performer earnings
Management of selected talent including: Diary, scheduling of fittings, rehearsals and production days, liaising with production to arrange travel, accommodation, per diems (as needed). Invoicing.
Consultation
Starting at £25 per hour
Industry fact checking, scene reviews, general consultation (on or off set), to ensure any depiction of the adult industry is authentic and accurate.
Consultations are provided by our founder, Masie Dee, an adult performer for over a decade including lesbian and girl-boy sex scenes as well as BDSM work. Masie is an accredited porn producer, booker, casting agent and was the associate creative director for the award-winning international company abbywinters.com.
